Back when I lived in places that actually had seasons, an annual ritual was the dusting off of the depressing folk music playlists. 

There's something about plaintive singing over a sparse acoustic guitar that makes me reach for the cozy sweaters and pumpkin spice lattes. Just kidding, fuck pumpkin spice lattes ;)

This week's playlist is an ode to my fall tradition, though nowadays I can listen to these without getting seasonal affective disorder!
