My go to breakfast bowl
CBD, greek yogurt, and acai come together for this powerhouse meal to start your day.
I'm not really a breakfast person (gasp). Before I started having to get up super early for work, I'd wait until noon to have my first meal. Lunch and dinner are where its AT. Endless possibilities. But now, my stomach starts getting angry at me around 10 or so if I haven't eaten.
Enter: my super easy and quite frankly, beautiful, breakfast. I wanted something that was protein packed but light enough that it would work with my lack of an appetite in the morning. I love this yogurt bowl because it's super versatile, you could add granola, fresh fruit, oreos, idk make it your own!
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, unsweetened (vegan yogurt would also work well)
- 2 tsp Honey, I like the one from Trader Joes
- 1 tbsp Acai Powder (i use this one from Amazon)
- CBD Oil, 5-10 drops. I love Cured Nutrition's one from Hello MD.
This is literally the easiest recipe in the world, scoop the yogurt into a bowl and add everything else on top. Mix it all up until the yogurt is a beautiful purple color.
