Ritual Vitamins Two Month Review
Continuing my in-depth trial of Ritual Vitamins, here are my thoughts after two months of taking them.
Another month has flown by. I can't believe it's already February! I've been taking Ritual Vitamins every day now for two months, which is probably just around the time I should really have noticeable results. I'm going to break down results into three areas to make things simpler.
1. Beauty
As I said in my one month review, I've definitely noticed a glow to my skin since I started taking Ritual. I've also started to notice another result: faster hair growth. I've been growing out a buzzcut since last March, and there's been a pretty clear increase in hair growth from the last few months. Here are some pictures to compare:

2. Mood
Ritual claims to help maintain energy. If anyone could put this baby to the test right now, it's me. My life is now basically two full time jobs and, as I told a friend recently, pretty much every hour of my life is scheduled. That being said, I actually don't end up feeling super exhausted at the end of the day, so I'll have to give Ritual points on that one! I do wish there were more stress-relieving ingredients, however, because I am definitely still feeling stressed and burned out.
Bottom line: my energy level does seem stable
3. Sleep
As I've mentioned in other posts, I have a difficult relationship to sleep. There isn't really anywhere on the Ritual site that claims to help with sleep regulation, but I have noticed I've been able to fall asleep pretty easily these past few weeks, barring the adjustment period I had to my job where my anxiety was wreaking havoc on my sleep.
Bottom line: my quality of sleep has improved
When I set out to write this article I actually didn't realize how many tangible results there were! I'm pretty confident now in saying that I recommend Ritual, especially for those who are looking for a beauty vitamin.
